About the Executive Director Transition

As of Tuesday, October 30th, the Jewish Community Foundation, Inc. seeks an Executive Director to lead our organization in continued growth for the future.

Currently, a Search Committee, which consists of current and former JCF lay leaders, are spearheading the recruitment process. I welcome your input as we move forward as this is truly a team effort.

To that end, please feel free to share information about this job opening to anybody who you think may be interested in applying. Prospective candidates are welcome to view the job description, and submit a cover letter and résumé to humanresources@jfedsnj.org.

Simultaneously, the JCF staff, which consists of Controller Stephen Kofsky, Donor Services Coordinator Janet Santo, and Marketing & Communications Manager Mike Staff, will maintain ongoing day-to-day operations. Please rest assured that we will strive to maintain our highest level of donor relations and customer service as always. Our donors are our highest priority.

For any questions or feedback about the search process or the JCF generally, please feel free to contact me  or contact JCF Vice President Sydria Schaffer and we would be happy to connect with you.

In the meantime, thank you as always for your dedication to the JCF and for your patience and understanding during this process. We look forward to continuing to grow the JCF to support the community for future generations. We can’t do it without your support.

Very truly yours,

Milt Gottschalk, President
