JCF Announces Executive Director Update
The Jewish Community Foundation, Inc. is excited to announce that Seth Mirowitz has been promoted to JCF Executive Director, effective Friday, December 20th.
“We are exceptionally pleased that Seth has taken on this leadership role,” said Sydria Schaffer, President of the JCF Board of Trustees. “His broad knowledge of our South Jersey Jewish community coupled with years of development experience makes him well positioned to lead the JCF going forward.”

Throughout his time at the JCF, he has been responsible for overseeing JCF’s development efforts including building the endowment funds that benefit organizations throughout the community, updating JCF’s policies and procedures, and working with all of our community’s LIFE & LEGACY™ partners.
Mirowitz brings with him nearly 20 years of experience in fundraising and board engagement from previous positions at organizations including the Philadelphia Zoo, Widener University, and American Israel Public Affairs Committee.
Mirowitz holds a BA from University of Maryland and a MPA from University of Baltimore. He lives in Cherry Hill with his wife, Naomi, and two sons, Aaron and Ezra. He is a member of Temple Beth Sholom and is the immediate past-president of the TBS Men’s Club.
