The Jewish Community Foundation, Inc. has a dedicated staff of three full-time employees who efficiently and effectively manage more than 400 funds (including endowment funds and donor advised funds) with approximately $74 million in current and expected future assets.

Seth Mirowitz, JCF Executive Director
Seth brings an extensive background in fundraising, community building, and leadership training. In his role with the JCF, Seth focuses on assisting donors with creating legacies, helping organizations to advance their legacy giving programs, and enabling the JCF to support the community in new and exciting ways. A native of Paramus, NJ, Mirowitz has lived in and served the Southern New Jersey Jewish community for the past decade in various capacities. Of note is that, previously, Mirowitz worked for eight years with the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) in the Greater Philadelphia office, which includes Southern New Jersey, and he and his wife, Naomi, and two sons, Aaron and Ezra, are active members at Temple Beth Sholom in Cherry Hill, NJ.With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Maryland and a Master’s of Public Administration from the University of Baltimore, Mirowitz has a strong background in the non-profit sector. Janet Santo, JCF Donor Services Coordinator
Janet handles daily activities and office management for the JCF including administration of the Donor Advised Funds. She also works closely with many JCF donors. Mike Staff, JCF Marketing & Communications Manager
Mike oversees the marketing, event planning, communications, and related activities for the JCF. A Penn State graduate with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Advertising/PR and over 10 years of experience in the marketing field, Mike takes pride in spreading the word about how the JCF helps the community in so many great ways, and how easy and important it is to leave a legacy. In addition, he enjoys connecting with current and prospective JCF donors, sponsors, and other constituents. Mike resides in Marlton with his wife, Megan, and their son and daughter.
