You can easily create your Jewish legacy by leaving a gift through the Life & Legacy initiative of the Harold Grinspoon Foundation, and it can cost nothing during your lifetime.
The first step is to complete a Letter of Intent and submit it to the JCF. Then, when you're ready to establish a legacy, you can include a gift in your will or update your beneficiary designation on your IRA, life insurance policy, or other financial account.

Incentives for Your Local Jewish Causes
For each new legacy gift that you designate by March 31 to benefit the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey and its family of agencies, local synagogues, or day schools, your selected organization(s) will receive incentive dollars up to $1,800, thanks to the Harold Grinspoon Foundation. Already signed a Letter of Intent? If you formalize your gift or contribute current dollars to a Life & Legacy endowment fund of your choice, additional incentive dollars are also available.

Your legacy gift will be added to an endowment fund which pays out annual income to the cause of your choice. By doing so, you will be securing our Jewish future to ensure that future generations enjoy a welcoming, vibrant, and safe Jewish community in Southern New Jersey.
