JCF Announces Personnel Updates

Updated: May 3, 2022

Effective Friday, April 15, the Jewish Community Foundation, Inc. (JCF) and the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey announced several personnel updates. The JCF’s Board of Trustees and the Federation’s Board of Directors each approved the measures.

While the JCF will remain a separately incorporated 501(c)(3) from the Federation, as has been the case since 2004, Jennifer Dubrow Weiss will now also serve as the JCF CEO in addition to her role as Federation CEO. David Snyder has been named JCF Director in addition to his role as Federation’s Chief Advancement & Community Relations Officer. Mike Staff has been promoted to the JCF Assistant Director.

A committee consisting of lay leaders representing both agencies developed the proposal over the course of several months of in-depth research. According to Federation President Harry A. Platt, “The committee came up with the ideas that were initiated by looking at what other Federations and JCFs around the country were doing. It is a partnership that has proven successful in many other Federations.” Through the personnel updates, the JCF and Federation aim to enhance the sustainable model of growing both agencies.

The JCF and Federation look forward to continuing to build a bright future together by growing endowments that will benefit our South Jersey Jewish community for future generations, while creating lasting legacies for philanthropic community members of all backgrounds.
